Brewing Guide
Each vacuum-sealed sachet is designed for a 1.5L teapot, which yields about 4 mugs or 6-9 smaller tea cups.*
Follow the below Guide for the best experience:
Boil Water
Heat to 100°C for black tea or 80°C for green tea.
Add Tea to the Infuser
Open one sachet and place its contents into your teapot’s infuser. Pour the boiling water over the infuser into the teapot, allowing the water to flow through the tea leaves until it turns a deep golden colour.
Set up your Teapot for Brewing
Place a lit tea-light candle in your teapot warmer, set the teapot on top, and let the tea brew for 5-8 minutes.
Mix the Flavours
To evenly mix the flavors, pour the first cup of tea and then return it to the teapot. This traditional Persian technique helps to balance the taste and aroma before serving.
Tips for different Teapot sizes
If your teapot is smaller than 1.5L, the tea will be stronger. To adjust, pour a quarter to half of the cup with tea and then top up with boiling water to reach your preferred strength.
For larger teapots, the tea may be weaker; consider using an additional sachet to achieve the desired strength.
