How can I track my order?

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking details for your online order will be included in your ‘order dispatched’ email. This is generally sent 1 to 5 business days after you place your order.

If you’ve received your order confirmation but have not received a dispatch email after 5 business days, please email us at teacaspian@gmail.com. Please note during peak times (including promotional or sale periods) this dispatch time may be longer.

Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

Please send an email to teacaspian@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to change and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if the order has already been dispatched and is on its way to you, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.

What if something is missing or broken when I receive my package?

Please contact us as teacaspian@gmail.com with your order number and photos and we will process your query.
